
Current daily rates are available upon personal request.
Upon booking, a deposit of 30% of the accommodation price is required. The refundable security deposit of €1,500.00 and the remaining balance must be paid to the specified bank account 30 days prior to arrival. You will receive a written offer from us showing all prices in detail. Upon request, an invoice can also be issued after the end of your stay.
Cancellations requested up to 60 days before arrival will be refunded in full (100%). For cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival, 50% of the total travel price will be refunded. For all later cancellations, unfortunately only the cleaning fee can be refunded.
The optional pool heating consumes a considerable amount of electricity. To ensure fairness for all guests, we charge a flat electricity fee of €25 per day when the pool heating is used. This allows each guest to decide individually how much energy they would like to consume and how important this additional comfort is to them.
The “Ecotasa” tourist tax is NOT included in the booking price. It must be paid in cash on site to the property manager and will be forwarded directly to the Guardia Civil. The charges are as follows:
HIGH SEASON (01 May – 31 October):
€2.20 per person per day. From the ninth day of stay onwards, the rate is reduced to €1.20 per person per day.
LOW SEASON (01 November – 30 April):
€0.50 per person per day. From the ninth day of stay onwards, the rate is reduced to €0.30 per person per day.
Children under 16 years of age are exempt from this tax.
For the registration with the Guardia Civil, we require the exact number of guests staying at the property, as well as copies of the passports or ID cards of all guests. Please send these to us by email approximately 7 days before arrival.
Check-in is possible from 4:00 PM onwards. On the day of departure, the house inspection by the property manager will take place by 10:30 AM. We kindly ask for your understanding, as this time is also needed by our two-person cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests. By prior arrangement, luggage may already be stored in the house from 11:30 AM on the day of arrival. In the meantime, you may enjoy the nearby town centre, do some shopping, or relax in one of the local restaurants.
